You must be an active, professional coach.
This could mean running your own coaching business, coaching in addition to your regular work, or currently in a coaching role as an employee within your company.
You must participate in the group sessions.
We know it is more likely you will complete and gain more benefit of this program when you partner with others who can offer accountability and support. We will create this as part of our commitment to the cohort.
You must commit to the program throughout its duration.
Once the program kicks off, we expect those who are participating to make this a priority so they can start and complete the program with the same cohort.
Completing the Self-Discovery Course online video modules within the period of 2 weeks (7 hours in total or 30 mins a day for 2 weeks)
Weekly check-in with your accountability buddy (10 minutes)
4 x group guided sessions (1 hour per session)
Workshop on how to apply the Being Framework and Being Profile to your coaching (2 hours)
Scholarship positions are subsidised by Engenesis and the Being Profile.
To ensure that only committed participants take up these places and respect the time and energy of others in the program, a deposit of $100 USD (~$150 AUD) will be required once your application is approved.
